Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Course Interest, and City collected via enquiry forms, as well as authentication data when you log into our mobile app using Phone OTP, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.

B. Student & App Data (Mobile App)

To provide our services, the app processes data related to your linked ward, such as attendance records, academic marklists, and leave requests.

C. Automatically Collected Information

IP address, browser type, cookies, and website usage data. For the mobile app, we collect device OS, device details, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to enable push notifications.

D. Payment Information

When you make payments (such as fees or services), we may collect transaction-related details such as payment amount, transaction ID, payment method, and payment status. We do NOT store your card or banking details. Payments may be made through our mobile application or authorized external platforms. Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide course details
  • Process admissions and manage student records
  • Verify guardian identity and provide secure access to academic data
  • Manage leave applications and academic activities
  • Process payments and maintain transaction records

  • Payment gateway providers for secure transaction processing

For the mobile app, we utilize Google Play Services, Firebase Authentication, Apple Sign-In, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for secure login and real-time notifications. 8. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Mobile App Users:

You have full control over your data. You can initiate a data deletion request directly from the app's Settings menu using the "Request Account Deletion" or "Remove Student / Unlink" options. Submitting this request will notify the administration to remove your data from active records.

You can also request account deletion by contacting us directly. Logging out from the app removes your device notification token from our systems.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for communications

App users can opt out of push notifications through their device settings.

10. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age without verified parental consent. The Parent App is intended solely for use by authorized guardians.
